After moving my wife up to a MacBook Air and Office 2008, she receives duplicate e-mail messages from most correspondents. They are really duplicates -- the Internet headers are identical.
Is this a known Entourage issues? Is there any way to prevent it? Why is it happening? I've tried everything I can think of, including removing her old Office X identity. She does have multiple accounts enabled for the Send and Receive All schedule. But so do I, through the same services.
