Look under Entourage>account settings, and see of she has two mail accounts
or duplicate accounts. If so, delete one of them. Exactly what you describe
occurred a while back when I upgraded to Office 2004 from Office X. I
believe I set up a new mail account in Office 2004 but the upgrade had moved
my old account over as well. Deleting one of them solved the problem.
