Well, a local Mac repair person advised her to move her "current" identity
out onto the desktop and rename it with a "2" after it, move a backup into
the right spot, restart and quit Entourage, then move the backup out and put
the current identity back into place, taking the "2" off of it, and it
worked. Nothing was out of place, but, for some reason, Entourage could not
open the database. Odd,
