I have to agree with the others, as I've only seen this when the 'Main
Identity" folder got moved.

The path is Documents > Microsoft User Data > Office 2004 Identities > Main
Identity.

If it HAS been deleted then do as little work as possible and download
Boomerang http://www.boomdrs.com/macosx which allows you to trial run the
recovery software before you purchase it.  The only caveat is that, like any
other recovery software, it has to scan the whole drive to give you a list
and if you have a big drive that can take a long time.  Boomerang has got a
few of my clients out of the brown stuff before now, but it's a tad
expensive at $199.
