I have several contacts with AIM addresses in my Address Book. The AIM screen names do not transfer over to the contacts in Entourage (since there's no corresponding field, apparently), but I really don't care because I never look up AIM contact info in Entourage. However, sync does not bother the AIM entries in Address Book either. (This is in Entourage 11.4.0 and Address Book 4.0.6, btw.)
Are you syncing between Entourage and Address Book/iChat on a single computer, or are there other devices or apps in the sync mix? Maybe something other than Entourage is wiping out the AIM names.
