I don't think ditching Entourage will avoid Apple's sync problems. I also don't think the problems are only about iPhone sync'ing.
Right now, if I use a browser and look at my contacts in Safari, they do not match what appears in Address Book, in spite of resetting sync services, re-syncing, etc. Apple has a problem and hopefully they are working 24/7 to fix it before the bad press grows too much. > >> I am at my wits end with these ongoing syncing issues.
