I'm watching you and your problem as my wife and I get ready to switch to the iPhone very soon, and I'm cringing. I was afraid that things like this would happen. I'm not sure what ticks me off more; that Sync Services seems to be unreliable or that Apple seems to have no motivation to improve Apple Mail so that it can compete with Entourage with regards to it's features.
