what is it you are trying to achieve?
there are certain folders that can't be removed (inbox, outbox,
drafts, sent & junk). Nothing you can do about this.
the hierarchy under 'on my computer' cannot be removed, but if your
primary account is exchange, hotmail or imap this will now appear at
the bottom of the folder listing and can be collapsed to a single line.
any other folder/account can be removed.
or were you after somethig different?
