I'd like to move (not remove) some of the folders in the "folders on my
computer" column, i.e., change their position in the list. The Entourage
Help instructions seem to imply that this is possible in the "move or rename
a folder" section.

BTW, my IMAP accounts are at the top of the column, whereas previously --
unless I'm misremembering again -- they were at the bottom. Any way to get
them to be at the bottom like in '04? As it is, it's forcing me to open the
window more than I like to see the folders down at the bottom.
