Lee, I think winter is starting for real in Embarrass and Tower. Tower is currently -11F. By comparison, Pinedale, WY is -4F, West Yellowstone, MT is -3F.Stanley, ID is -4F. Several other traditional cold spots are aroind 0 or slightly above. However, Big Piney,WY is a bone chilling -28F. It's hard to understand where that cold air is coming from.
