Lee: I am in that kind of program now, so unless there is something I haven't heard, and my project forester also hasn't heard, my answer is no. But I can't plant NS, except in some special circumstances where with special permission, I can plant 10% non-native trees.
But I am in MD--it is possible that different states have different rules. I am not sure how much the FSC writes the rules.
