Well... wasn't really asking for specifics :-) just that if there is a
null zone somewhere where it hasn't really detected any panning and thus
is working as normally, or does constantly change the corrected direction
when the lens is kept at very stabile position. Or maybe the null zone is
just so that the panning direction isn't changed from the previous one
(which was first chosen at the same time the IS was enganged) to the new
one if the difference is not large enough.
