For those who have the chance to find out before purchasing, the leg
locks are adjustable with a phillips head screwdriver. Mine are easy to
open and still hold solid when closed. And much faster than rotary
locks (you can flip them all at once with one hand).

In the US, the Slick and the Bogen CF pods are only about $60 difference
in price.
I promise, no more posts from me about the Manfrotto 3444. I just
really like this tripod.
