First question: Why? What do you hope to gain? If
there's no specific reason for it, why ask for
trouble?
Aside from that, there seem to have been a LOT of
compatibility problems, especially with hardware
drivers.
I'm running Win98 SE, and have no intention of
upgrading until there's a compelling benefit to do so.
I don't see any reason to upgrade to ME.
