Hi Pierre,
The EF 200mm is an f/2.8 lens. There is no current image
stabilizer version.
If you have many 72mm filters shared with the EF 28-135 IS USM,
it may be possible to use step-up or even step-down filter adapter
rings. For instance, although my EF 100-400 L IS USM has a 77mm
filter mount, the front element is only 67mm in size, so 72mm
filters work fine with a 77-to-72mm adapter ring. And I get
Image stabilization too :-)
I cannot comment about filters for the EF 300mm f/4 L IS.
