Thanks Ray, but my question was whether it would run with a computer running
windows 98 that was installed as an upgrade to windows 95.  My computer does
have USB support, but the quote from B&H says specifically, "...is
compatible only with pre-installed  versions of the Windows 98 operating
system," hence my concern.  If your reply was meant to mean that computers
running windows 98 from an upgrade would not recognize the USB, I haven't
had any problems with other USB devices on my computer.
