Hi All,
I ordered my Canon Macro lens yesterday, ( £495 from Vic Oddens, London )
and I arrived at work this morning to find it sitting on my desk ! Now
that's good service for you, they did not even charge me shipping ( although
I think that was a mistake )
First impressions, it's a very nice lens, autofocus seems to be very quick
too, both as a portrait lens, and using my EOS-3's eye control to autofocus
on Macro subjects.
The proof in the pudding of course will be seeing the first couple of rolls
of film.. fingers crossed ;-)
One question for you all, do those of you who own this lens already have a
UV filter on the front of it ?
