I am planning to buy an Elan 7E and will probably be doing so through B&H before the
end of the month. One thing I noticed at B&H's website is an extended 4 year warranty
for, I think, about $60. Considering that my Rebel XS died at about 3.75 years of
age, I am tempted.
What is the traditional warranty that the Elan 7E comes with? Would it be worth it to
buy the warranty? Are the Elan series of cameras much more durable than the Rebel
series? If so, I probably won't buy the warranty.
