I lost your last reply on this topic . . . deleted it by accident while drafting a
response.
I assume you activate AF by the * button on the body? I will try this after setting
CF4 to setting 1 and see what happens.
At the moment the gear is packed in the van for a two week trip so it is not too
accessible. l'll post on the success or failure of the effort on my return.
In any event this exchange has helped me understand the workings of my 85/1.2 a little
better. It remains to be determined if mine has a glitch or not.
