Not much in New Hampshire. Apex in Manchester seems to have a good reputation,
but I've not been there. It seem to me unlikely that they're an off-price seller
though--but there's no sales tax in NH. The best place in the region for price
and selection is Hunt's in Melrose, a northern suburb of Boston. They're not too
far off I-93, so if your friend will be in the vicinity of Concord, Manchester,
or Salem, it's just a drive down the expressway (albeit a rather long one from
Concord). Not too difficult from Nashua either--US 3 S to I-95 N to I-93 S.
I would think one would want to visit KEH when in Atlanta, but of course you can
shop on their website.
