Yes, the Rebel II (EOS 1000N) and Rebel SII (EOS 1000FN) had the
self-timer music [and the soft-focus function].
IIRC the dubious featurette that was (in)famous on the EOS 100
(Elan) was barcode programming. Or was it the ISO 5000 flash
bug? Or the rubbery grip extender? Or the missing wired remote
release? :-)
