It all depends - you can make cd-rom copies and be good about copying them
to the new formats that come along (which will inevitably store more, so you
can keep the clutter to minimum). THis way you can store your digital files
forever. Actually, I think one of the biggest advantages of digital is that
you can convert your 'negatives' to different formats and storage mediums
with relative ease.
