Or maybe stick with 2 550's and an ST-E2. And then every time you get great
even, shadowless, ratio'd natural-looking lighting from these tiny portable
flash units you'll be glad you did. If you're using a "type-A" EOS camera,
unless you're really, really strapped for cash I can't think of a single
reason to go with anything but the 550. Other units may be more powerful,
but the 550 has always been powerful enough for me, especially when I use
two of them.
