As far as I know no standard 1n has FP. Well, at least
I am sure mine doesn't have it. The custom function
that you refer to is an option. The 1n comes with 14
CFs but you can add a 15th CF out of 19 options. One
of the options is FP. I was thinking about getting the
upgrade until I heard how much it costs - approx $150.
If I remember correctly somebody on this list actually
reported that he/she got it upgraded for free while
bringing in the camera for cleaning and adjustment.
Haven't tried that.
