Eh Howard?

| What about this idea. I have access to IV bags at work. A 1 liter bag
| weighs about a pound. I could connect two of them with a length of cloth
| between them and hang the cloth over the lens where it is mounted on the
| tripod to put weight over the lens at the mount.
|
| I was also thinking of taking a 250 cc bag and putting it on top of the
| camera to damp vibrations during remote release since it would seem to
make
| sense given that the vibrations are stemming from the camera. I would
assume
| that a light weight such as this would not strain the camera/lens mount.
| Does this sound right or is the weight on the camera not a good idea from
the
| lens mount or vibration viewpoint?
|
Great idea Howard, but where is it exactly that you work? It's just that in
the case of a personal emergency I would not like to be in a place that
allows employees to take fresh IV bags off the premises. ;o)
