I have found out that if you can afford the EOS 3, buy it! It will last you half a
lifetime (if not a whole), and it has a lot of features you might want later
(non-battery-eating shutter for long exposures, TRUE spot metering (2.4%), multi-spot
metering, really rugged (as long as you don't try to kill anyone with it, it's plenty
tuff enough), good size etc.)
