Hi Rune:

As a great American once said, "I feel your pain!" ;-)  And I only had the
opportunity to *touch* one once not actually use it for a weekend, so I know
how "deprived" you must feel at this point.

I see there is an EF 200 f/1.8 that's on Ebay and the Houston, Texas seller
has it listed at $2,000 USD with two days to go and no bidders at this point
and it's not a reserve auction.  He does have a "Buy it Now" option that
reflects a $3,500 price tag too I see.

So, if marital bliss is not a big priority for you....go for it ;-)
