Unfortunately, the short answer to your question is: No
Now, I don't know to what you compare the 200/1.8. The 135/2, 200/2.8 and
300/4 all blur the background quite nicely, but for obvious reason cannot
be quite on par with the 200/1.8 when it comes to shallow DOF.
