That is due to the mirror like glass surface of all sensors.

99% of it, yes. Except for Polaroid instant film.

You don't have to. Just dig out your old Metz 45 CT3 oder 36 CT3
like I did and be a happy camper. Put the G15 grip under the 36 CT3
with 3500 mAh rechargeables and never need to recharge in years...
