<I am thinking of buying an EOS IX (new or used), mainly because of its size <for family traveling and print flexibility. I currently own an Elan 50e, EF <28-80 IV, EF 50 1.8 and a 75-300 IS. Maybe I will get it with a new 28-135 <IS. Any suggestions on IX model, or else? Willing to spend something <reasonable for an amateur/hobbyist.
Hola Jos� I own a EOS IX just for family purposes and I can say that it's a wonderfull camera for this use. With its onboard flash and a 24-85 zoom I've got the best family pictures. Of course it's not a 1V (I've got one too) but when I go for family meetings I carry my IX. Kind regards Felix PS.
