Lars, I had a problem with my D60 making a red spot in black a area...was in the EXACT same spot every time. I sent the camera to CPS...the first time it was not fixed, the second time they did fix it...was a bad pixel. the problem was much worse at higher ISO's than lower ones.
The problem was a white square with a red "fringe" when enlarged to 1600 percent in Photoshop.
