very nice shot, usually different lenses have different signatures and it
seems this one also matches you just prefect

I meant the older 80-200 2.8L that does NOT have USM.

I know what you mean about the weight though, after shooting 12 hours of
wedding it feels so heavy!!! And that is with only a D60 (granted it had the
battery grip and a flash but...).

Somehow the 80-200 2.8L is different then the 70-200 4L in terms of image
quality. From everything I read, the 70-200 4L and 2.8L are identical, but
the 80-200 2.8L is different in terms of 'image quality' then the 70-200.
Hard to explain, but I never got an image that I 'wow'ed about from the
70-200 where as I got couple in my first week fo shooting with the 80-200
2.8L.
