Dickbo, I assume from your email address that you are based in the UK.
That's good because I cannot speak for other countries. What you write is,
I'm afraid to say, complete crap and would only be true if the tax rate in
the UK was 100%. It isn't and the 1Ds will only be free to working pros if
Canon were to sell them for �zero.
