I do not think 16x20 would be a problem for the D60...I have a 20x30 from 
my D30 that looks fine when viewed from normal viewing distances...from 1 
foot yes there is a smal bit of pixelaziation, but when viewed side by 
side on my wall with a 25x30 from a 6x7 chrome there is no real 
discernable difference.

I KNOW my D60 will deliver MUCH better quality at that size that the D30 
did.  I print 12x18's regularly and they leave nothing to want for, IMHO.

The "zing" comes a lot from how the file is handled in Photoshop..just 
like the zing from a color print is dependant on the person printing the 
photo in the lab.

Each persons experience are different and all have different needs.
