The monolights trigger, but my assumption is that they don't trigger at the right time. I assume the EOS-3 exposure circuitry doesn't take them into consideraton or it takes into consideration incorrectly. Most of the time images are overexposed, but sometimes they are dramatially underexposed as if the strobes didn't fire at all. I have been using the P setting.
