Alex,
I've bought from B&H and Adorama, and both ship to ISrael.
Keep in mind that the person buying the lens for you at B&H pays new-york
state tax, which adds 8.75% to the price. Buying from ISrael, you don't
pay for this. Shipping is cheaper for a 1000+$ lens.
You need the USA version, since the gray market is without a warranty in
ISrael.


Henry, do you have the option of checking the lens before shipping?
re-shipping for a defective item can be costly..
