Hi All,

I've found that the use and capabilities of PayPal varies tremendously from
country to country.  Here in the states we often assume that access to money
retained in a bank account or lines of credit are no brainers but this is
often NOT the case outside of the USA.  There are many different
restrictions and limitations made on and by foreign banks (this works both
ways of course), that can severely limit the use of on-line fund transfers,
bank accounts and credit cards.  Often these (foreign banking institution),
transactions have fees attached to them on top of the normal transaction
fees not to mention potential taxes of many sorts.  Here in the states we
are very lucky to have such easy access to out money with a very transparent
financial system.
