*Any* Canon item with whatever warranty card provides warranty, just 
perhaps not at all local decentralized & authorized repairshops, but 
only in the centralized Canon repair center. 
Canon does *not* limit warranty technically, like Nikon does, but 
only in the amount/location of repairshops who will do work on your 
item.
