I would suggest, from my own use (however film based)

A 70/200 L IS as general longer range lens plus a 2x converter,
A 16/35mm L as normal wide angle
A 15mm fisheye.

I own a lot of lens, however my primary two lens are the 16/35 and the
70/200. The focal lengths between those two can be usually worked around
as you can generally move towards or away from the subject. (I do use my
28/70 L in the studio, but that only because of space limits)

As to the fisheye, you are already digital, using such things as
pano-tools (shareware) you can remove the barrel distortion and have an
excellent extended wide angle, that if used to the maximum results in a
panoramic image of about 1:2.5 ratio.

The new 16/35 does focus to almost macro ranges, however I usually carry
the Canon dual element close up lens with my filters and when used with the
70/200 you have an image stabilized macro lens. (focus using zoom control)
