Well....I have never had a problem with my 1n's or 1 bodies....and I use
them HARD...very hard.  Not one problem, period.

Now when I used Nikon my F4 totally stripped out the film advance gears
in less than one year of use.

Go figure...he sounds like a Nikon snob to me.
