I am happy with the results of the 200 f2.8 + 2X.
With a 2X or 1.4X I recomend a collar. I think the collars that fit the 300 f4(not IS) and the 400 f5.6 fit the 200 f2.8 mkI.
Somebody please correct me if I am wrong.
Yes, it's the same collar as for the 300/4, 400/5.6 and 80-200/2.8. The last one is painted black, the others are "white", just like the lenses.
