Won't bargain on that; they're not really in the same league, although Kodak
would like us to believe they are. You'd need 5 shutter replacements on the
14n while the 1ds is still happily clicking away - and not to mention
contending with a low end body's AF, metering and other specs.
Hopefully when (if?) the 14n does get released it would eventually have the
1Ds price drop by about $1k or so, but I doubt it'll go to $5k.
