I really wonder I seem to be the only one getting very good, precise fill flash exposures with EOS-3 and 550EX without cancceling the named fill-flash reduction CF. Since fill-flash is mostly required in daylight conditions, I set the camera to Av mode (as opposite to Manual for indoors shooting) and the fill-flash exposures are justv fabulous.
