On the DPReview Canon Forum, there were MANY comments regarding B&H's switch from FedEx to UPS. The biggest concern was UPS' common practice of leaving packages on the front porch without a signature.

What's the deal?
The deal is that dpreview.com's Canon forum is one of the great something-from-nothing sites I've ever seen. Every time someone mentions B&H (and we get mentioned on their Canon forum more than on all their others combined) sooner or later some wag pipes in with some ill we committed around the year I was Bar Mitzvahed or someone will raise the VERY old issue about back orders, or one thing or another.
Regarding UPS -- our deal with them is they're supposed to get a sig for every parcel. They told us this should happen 90+% of the time but there are addresses they've deemed "safe to leave" and will do so sans sig. if a parcel is lost at such an address UPS will reimburse B&H and we'll reship.
