If B&H is now using UPS exclusively, I'll have to find another company to buy things from in the States. UPS's border (into Canada) handling fees are such that only very high priced items will be worthwhile.
Canadian customers expressed concern about brokerage charges and other fees. We are using UPS air services which includes custom brokerage charges. UPS will not charge custom brokerage for the customer. They will charge only duties & taxes, and GST & HST when applicable.
