Canadian customers expressed concern about brokerage charges and other fees. We are using UPS air services which includes custom brokerage charges. UPS will not charge custom brokerage for the customer. They will charge only duties & taxes, and GST & HST when applicable.

Thanks for posting this! It restores my faith in B&H. I was feeling quite unhappy about the switch.
UPS is decent, but far from the best here in Canada and not bad to Europe, but I absolutely refuse to use their usual service from the US. Fedex has been uniformly better.
