Has anyone had success firing a 550ex on manual with an optical slave trigger?
I have a Wein Peanut , it fires the flash once then must be disconnected and reconnected in order to flash again. I did some searching on the web and found the problem is fairly common. Some of the comments mentioned the problem occuring with 'cheap' slaves. Has anyone had success with 'expensive' optical triggers? BTW, the flash fires fine with a wired pc connection.
