I use a Domke J-2 to carry an A2 or D30 and a 1n, 100-400, 28-135 and one
other lens, like a 17-35 or 100 f2.  The 100-400 L is the same physical size
and shape as the 70-200 f2.8 L.  Great bag, I like it better than Tamrac or
Lowepros, less padding but easier to carry and better accessibility, IMHO.
