I am not Peter, but I generally carry a 10D, the 70-200 f/2.8 L, the 300 f/4, a 420EX, a 1.4x TC, a Zenitar fisheye lens, a 50 1.8, and a 28-70 (just got my lens back from Sigma -- woohoo!), either a P&S digital or a film body (occasionally both), plus memory cards, batteries, cloths, etc. I use a Domke J-1. Someone on the list had recommended the J-2 but at the time B&H was out of stock, so I ordered the J-1 and think that worked out for the best. I've been very happy with it, and there's room for all of the gear I mentioned above, plus another pocket I use for my wallet, cell phone, and keys, and back pocket for storing papers and a notepad. My only complaint about the bag is that it does get very heavy if I have to carry it for long periods of time (fortunately, I usually have a place to set it down and work from it that way), although the optional shoulder pad helps a lot. The contents of the bag are easy to access. Pattie With all you have to carry, the J-1 would be a better choice than the J-2, size does make a difference! ;-) Skip Middleton www.shadowcatcherimagery.com * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
