Not to my knowledge.

The problem is real though... I have problems (in 10% or
so of shots?) with my 10D and EF50/1.4, the Canon hood (ES-71
IIRC) and indoor flash shots (550EX, bounced) with flare on
the vertical edge of the frame. This occurs if there are
large, bright, areas just outside the viewfinder. The 10D's
cropped viewfinder makes if hard to see these bright
areas...

I've found that cupping my hand around the relevant side of the
hood eliminates the flare but does somewhat adversley affect the
cameras handling :)

Now for my question... does anyone have any experience of
fitting other Canon (or non-Canon) hoods on the 50/1.4?
Something intended for an 70-80mm lens would be ideal since
it would account for it's FOV on the 10D of 80mm.
